Job summary

Talent Harbor is seeking a warm, polished Financial Advisor to service existing client relationships and lead warm consultations. This on-site role offers a base salary of $90,000–$120,000 with an approximate 10% discretionary bonus, plus benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Located in Plainview, NY, this position requires 2–3+ years in wealth management, Series 7/66, and a Bachelor's degree. CFP preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
• Series 7 and Series 66 required (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• CFP designation or active progress toward completion strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client household relationships through annual reviews and regular check-ins.
• Conduct warm prospect consultations (~1/week) generated by firm marketing and referrals.
• Develop and present comprehensive financial plans using eMoney.
• Collaborate in a 3-person pod with paraplanner and admin to deliver high-touch service.
