Job summary

Talent Harbor on behalf of an established wealth management firm seeks a warm, polished Financial Advisor to service existing client relationships and lead warm consultations. This on-site role offers a base salary of $90,000–$120,000 with ~10% discretionary bonus and strong benefits.

Zero cold calling is required as all client leads and household handoffs are provided by the firm. You will collaborate in a tight-knit 3-person pod to deliver high-touch planning using modern tools.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
• Series 7 and Series 66 required (or ability to obtain upon hire). CFP designation or active progress toward completion strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Inherit, service, and grow dedicated household relationships through annual reviews, planning updates, and ongoing check-ins.
• Conduct warm prospect consultations (~1/week) generated through firm marketing, events, and client referrals.
• Develop and present comprehensive financial plans utilizing eMoney software.
• Work closely in a 3-person pod model (Advisor, Paraplanner, Admin) to deliver high-touch service.

Opportunity Overview

• Location: Based within a manageable commute to Plainview, NY.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $90,000 — $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Target Bonus: ~10% discretionary annual performance bonus
