Job summary

Kennedy Jenks Consultants is seeking ambitious participants for its 2027 Kickstart Internship Program in Irvine, CA. You will support project teams addressing water resources, water quality, wastewater and water treatment, and recycled water planning for clients nationwide.

The experience includes field work, technical reporting, calculations, site visits, and mentorship. The program offers meaningful projects, mentorship, professional development, networking opportunities, and a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related engineering field.
• Completion of a minimum of junior (third-year) standing in an accredited engineering program.

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of projects applying skills and calculations learned in school.
• Manage ongoing projects and communicate with team members and clients.
• Attend and contribute to client meetings.
• Visit project sites.
• Receive mentorship and networking with employees and clients.
