Viking Electric in Duluth, MN is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate & Back-Up Delivery Driver to support daily warehouse operations and local deliveries. You will ensure materials are received, stored, and shipped, and you may assist with deliveries when needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card, and a proven commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet Motor Vehicle Policy requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials safely using manual methods or powered industrial equipment.
• Receive, count, check, and process incoming and outgoing materials.
• Pick, pack, label, palletize, and route materials for delivery or storage.
• Complete paperwork and data entry using warehouse systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Deliver materials to customers safely and efficiently on multi-stop routes.
• Load/unload delivery vehicles using proper equipment and techniques.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Assist with routing coordination and provide feedback for efficiency improvements.
