Job summary

ViaOne Services seeks a seasoned Vice President of Accounting & Finance to lead the company’s financial health and long-term strategy. You will own the end-to-end accounting and finance function, drive capital allocation, and guide executive decision support for rapid portfolio scaling.

You will partner with the CFO and board, modernize systems, and mentor a high-performing team while ensuring SOX compliance and robust risk management.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive, senior-level accounting/finance experience with 5+ years in executive leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Proven track record in GAAP, close cycles, internal controls and strategic finance (FP&A, treasury, capital allocation).
• Experience evaluating, scaling, and automating financial systems and ERP implementations.
• Strong executive presence and cross-functional communication abilities.
• CPA strongly preferred; CMA or CFA is a plus. MBA/MS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end accounting and finance function, ensuring US GAAP compliance and internal controls (SOX).
• Lead FP&A, treasury, capital allocation, and cash management strategies with the CFO.
• Modernize financial systems and drive automation for scalability and efficiency.
• Partner with executive leadership and external stakeholders to support growth and strategic decisions.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing Accounting and Finance team.
