Job summary

Grant Thornton | Stax Transactions invites motivated undergraduates to join as a Value Creation Intern. You’ll support engagements focused on revenue growth, EBITDA expansion, pricing, and go-to-market strategy, while gaining exposure to financial and operational analysis and client deliverables.

You will work with experienced professionals across operations and human capital to analyze performance, size opportunities, and present actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Strategy, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Interest in strategy consulting, private equity, value creation, and financial analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Foundational financial modeling and Excel skills; ability to quantify impact.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagement teams with research, analysis, and deliverable preparation.
• Work on client engagements across industries, business models, and strategic priorities.
• Assist cost baseline, revenue growth, and value-creation opportunities analyses.
• Help develop PowerPoint presentations and client-ready analyses.
• Contribute to data collection, organization, and analysis for strategic recommendations.
• Shadow client sessions and capture notes for the team.
