Job summary

MedSpeed is seeking a UX/UI Designer for Driver Experience to craft end-to-end driver applications across web and mobile. You will translate user needs into intuitive interfaces, collaborating with Product and Engineering to deliver production-ready designs.

We value strong Figma skills, a solid portfolio of complex workflows, and a deep understanding of accessibility and responsive patterns for Android/iOS. Hybrid work in Elmhurst, IL is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing UX/UI for web and mobile apps.
• Portfolio showing clean, structured interfaces and at least one complex workflow.
• Experience designing software for enterprise, B2B SaaS, logistics, or frontline tools.
• Fluency in Figma, including prototyping and component libraries.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Driver applications (web and mobile) for MedSpeed employees, outside couriers, and courier vendor partners.
• Map real routes and stops to reduce friction, taps, decisions, and cognitive load.
• Move from wireframes to clickable Figma prototypes quickly for testing.
• Design for offline states, failed scans, wrong addresses, and error recovery.
• Deliver production-ready UI and annotated specs for engineering.
