Job summary

CEI is seeking a Mid-level UX Designer to join a product team building modern web applications. The role focuses on designing flows and interfaces and collaborating with front-end developers to translate designs into working software.

You will work in a hybrid setup, three days onsite at the Greentree, PA office, with two days remote to support focused design work. 3–5 years of experience and a strong portfolio are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web app design.
• Experience collaborating with front-end development teams (React/Next.js preferred).
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Comfortable working in an agile, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web-based applications.
• Collaborate closely with React and Next.js developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth handoff.
• Conduct usability reviews and iterate on designs based on feedback from developers and stakeholders.
• Maintain consistency with existing design systems and UI patterns.
• Participate in sprint planning and design reviews with the engineering team.
