Job summary

BI WORLDWIDE in Minneapolis is seeking a UX Designer to manage wireframes and prototypes for web and mobile, partnering with PMs, developers, and clients to translate ambiguous requirements into clear designs.

This is the first dedicated UX role in our Automotive Solutions Group, offering a real opportunity to shape UX workflows, standards, and best practices as the team grows; candidates should have a 3–5 year track record and a strong portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
• A portfolio illustrating design approach and problem-solving.
• Experience working with clients or external stakeholders is a plus.
• Experience with automotive or client-facing digital products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and flows for web and mobile experiences.
• Bridge business needs with technical feasibility for developer handoff.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions with PMs, clients, and stakeholders.
• Present design work and incorporate feedback across iterations.
• Establish consistent design patterns and UX standards as the practice matures.
• Support basic user testing and validation in the department.
