Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in UX design, UX strategy, product design, or related digital experience roles.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize digital experiences across websites, landing pages, and key customer touchpoints.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps that improve usability and support business objectives.
- Partner with content, marketing, analytics, and development teams to ensure a seamless user experience across digital channels.
- Identify customer pain points and recommend improvements to navigation, content organization, and conversion paths.
- Conduct usability reviews and incorporate user feedback into design recommendations.
- Support A/B testing and experience optimization initiatives by helping define hypotheses and evaluate results.
- Contribute to UX standards, design best practices, and documentation to ensure consistency across digital experiences.
- Assist in journey mapping workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and align on user needs.
