Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education or equivalent with seven-to-ten years of underwriting experience.
• Two-to-three years in a leadership or supervisory role directing a professional team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the underwriting and production efforts of a practice team.
• Provide technical direction on underwriting policies and procedures.
• Manage up to eight direct reports in office and/or remote settings.
• Handle large and complex accounts along with top/middle-tier agents.
