1. Maintain and enhance systems and controls to build a sustainable, ethical business.

3. Own and refine the entire cash collection cycle, including work-in-progress and credit control.
4. Manage all banking and payment processing platforms and relationships.
5. Oversee all finance aspects of our practice management software.
6. Ensure compliance with U.S. tax and regulatory requirements with support from internal and external experts.
7. Conduct rigorous financial analysis on operational performance, strategic plans, and business initiatives.
