Job summary

Northern Trust seeks an experienced Treasury/Budgeting professional to process and handle transactions for the T&B group, coordinating with clients and Interacting with management. The role operates in a balanced hybrid environment, requiring attention to accuracy and timely deliverables.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 5 years’ fund expense administration experience, with strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and deliver schedule monthly, quarterly and annual Fund expenses.
• Update, prepare and revise any fee based expense accruals to the Fund Accounting system.
• Properly track, allocate and post expenses in the Fund Accounting records.
• Prepare requests for payment of Invoices related to Fund Expenses.
• Regularly interact with clients to facilitate invoice payments and fund budgets.
• Prepare expense reports for Semi-Annual, Annual and Prospectus reporting.
