US Foods is hiring for a Treasury Analyst or similar role in a hybrid environment. You will manage daily cash positions, support debt decisions, and assist with cash reporting for Controllers Group.

Responsibilities include bank activity processing, daily balance reviews, and coordinating with banks on accounts. Opportunities for involvement in acquisitions and pricing reviews are noted.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of business experience (internship and/or general office).
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Prioritization/Organization/Multi-tasking - Able to organize work and deadlines with some guidance and supervision.
• Attention to Detail - Regularly provides work that is accurate, thorough and consistent.
• Communications - Verbal & written skills are clear and concise.

Responsibilities

• Compile the consolidated cash position of the company daily using various banking websites.
• Research issues and recommend solutions.
• Assist in borrowing or debt paydown decisions.
• Assist in reporting cash activity to Controllers Group.
• Process wire transfers or ACH payments for approval by Treasury staff.
• Review bank balances daily to avoid negative balances.
• Complete electronic check deposits.
• Review ACH fraud filter items daily and investigate.
