Pacific Gas and Electric Company seeks a Project Manager (ESC) in Eureka, Antioch, or Maxwell, CA. The role requires 70% travel and a hybrid work model with in-office presence one day per week, plus field visits during outages and project activities.

The position demands mastery of associate level PM skills, extensive coordination with stakeholders, and responsibility for development and implementation of assigned projects, including contractor oversight and government interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• At least three (3) years in electric, gas, or power generation operations, engineering, business planning, accounting, finance, construction management, or project management.
• External hires must have four (4) years of applicable experience; seven (7) years without a degree.
• Fluency with project management tools and company systems (e.g., SAP, scheduling) is expected.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team.
• Direct analysis and resolution of problems.
• Oversee EPC contracts and represent PG&E to government agencies.
• GuideAssociate Project Managers on journey level projects.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts with consultants, vendors, and construction firms.
• Coordinate preparation of technical documents and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure project oversight and direction for moderately complex projects.
