Job summary

Nixon Peabody LLP seeks a Travel Program Manager in Providence, RI to oversee the firm’s travel program and coordinate with the TMC and preferred suppliers. You will ensure service levels meet firm expectations, resolve traveler issues, and drive program improvements through data and policy analysis.

This hybrid role emphasizes governance, reporting, and user training while collaborating with finance for billing and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance, or a related field.
4+ years of corporate travel program experience.
Experience with Travel Management Company (TMC) and preferred supplier programs.
GBTA certification or similar is a plus.
Strong relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the firm's day-to-day relationship contact for the TMC and key travel suppliers.
Lead business reviews with the TMC and suppliers; translate outcomes into program improvements.
Act as escalation point for travel issues; drive resolution through the TMC and suppliers.
Represent the firm at industry events and travel program meetings.
Monitor program performance, policy compliance, traveler experience, and supplier performance.
Analyze travel data to identify cost-saving opportunities and policy refinements.
