Job summary

Stella Mental Health is expanding its Utah clinical team and seeks fully licensed therapists (LCSW, CMHC, LMFT) to join across Provo, American Fork, and Murray clinics. You will treat complex trauma and treatment-resistant conditions using interventional therapies within a collaborative care model.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy with an active Utah license (LCSW/CMHC/LMFT).
• Clinical experience in treating mental health conditions and delivering CBT/DBT/ACT or trauma-informed therapy.
• Calm, warm, nonjudgmental presence for emotionally intense sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-ketamine psychotherapy, including preparation, assessments, and integration.
• Support patients with a grounding environment and collaborate with medical providers.
• Facilitate ongoing integration and behavioral health treatment for sustainable progress.
• Conduct clinical assessments including diagnostic and risk evaluations.
• Develop measurable treatment plans, document progress, and adapt care.
