Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Transportation Project Manager for immediate employment in Ridgeland, MS, New Orleans, LA, or Baton Rouge, LA. The role will manage planning, design and oversight of civil engineering projects, such as highways, bridges, surface drainage, and utilities infrastructure, and may serve as a Deputy Project Manager on large projects.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS with 8+ years of experience and a PE license or the ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and 8+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency.
• PE license or ability to obtain is preferred.
• Experience delivering transportation projects including schematic development and PS&E.
• Experience with LADOTD proposals and client relations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, design and oversight of civil engineering projects (highways, bridges, drainage, utilities).
• Serve as Deputy Project Manager on large projects and liaison between AECOM and client.
