Job summary

S4L Partners is seeking Finance associates to join the Global Transportation Finance team in our Miami office (also in Los Angeles, Chicago, or Dallas). You will work on complex cross-border financing transactions and collaborate with shareholders, while contributing to business development and client engagement.

Ideal candidates have 2–6 years of transactional experience at a law firm, strong contract drafting and negotiating skills, and are admitted in CA, IL, TX, or FL. A JD is required.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of transactional experience at a law firm.
• Experience in securitization, leveraged finance, secured lending, or related areas.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiating skills.
• Admitted in CA, IL, TX, or FL, in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Support complex finance transactions for aviation, rail, maritime assets and other equipment.
• Engage in business development and client-facing activities.
• Collaborate with shareholders and cross-functional teams on deal execution.
