Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• North Carolina Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure preferred.
• Prior work experience with NCDOT required.

Responsibilities

• Support various transportation projects involving data collection and analysis.
• Perform design tasks including roadway modeling and ADA curb ramp design.

Skills

Knowledge of civil engineering design concepts

Experience in roadway transportation projects

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships

Education

BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited institution

Microstation

Open Roads Designer (ORD)

AutoCad

GIS applications such as ArcGIS or Google Earth
