Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Transactions Advisory Consultant to contribute to technical due diligence engagements across energy assets, including renewables, conventional generation, oil & gas, transmission, water, and new energy projects. You will support a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, consultants, and financial analysts, handling data collection, reports, site visits, and client communications.

Hybrid work environment with 3 days in BV offices and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
• 4+ years experience in a business/consulting environment
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, MVR)

Responsibilities

• Contributes to technical due diligence engagements across energy assets (renewables, conventional generation, oil & gas, transmission, water, hydrogen, carbon capture and renewables).
• Collects and analyzes data, develops technical assessment reports, conducts site visits, and maintains client contacts.
• Develops project management skills and supports multi-project delivery with a multidisciplinary team.
