Job summary

Black & Veatch seeks a Transactions Consultant in digital infrastructure to contribute to due diligence for data centers and other assets. You will join a multi-disciplinary team and help collect data, produce assessments, visit sites, and manage client relationships.

The role reports to the transaction solution team and supports multiple projects in a hybrid work environment with preferred locations including Denver, Chicago, or Gaithersburg.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required.
• Minimum 4+ years in a business/consulting environment.
• Engineering degree or related technical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to technical due diligence engagements for data center and digital infrastructure assets.
• Support a multi-disciplinary team of Independent Engineering and Technical Due Diligence consultants.
• Collect and analyze data, develop technical assessment reports, and conduct site visits.
• Develop and maintain client contacts and take on increasing project management responsibilities.
• Work on multiple projects concurrently and translate analyses into written reports.
