Maximus is seeking a Training Specialist in Topeka, Kansas, to design and deliver engaging training, support onboarding, and ensure staff have the knowledge to meet program and client expectations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, adaptability to learning styles, and comfort in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid-remote Topeka, KS, with contingency on contract award and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience.
• Must reside in Topeka, Kansas or be willing to work onsite in Topeka, Kansas.
• Experience with developing training materials and delivering instruction through multiple modalities.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop training curriculum and materials using adult learning principles.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and group trainings.
• Support onboarding, scheduling, and progress tracking of learners.
• Evaluate learner performance and training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Maintain training records and deliver reports to leadership.
