Job summary

Stanford University is seeking a Training and Communications Program Manager within the Property Management Office (PMO). You will lead the program, coordinate training and outreach for DPAs and campus staff, and report to the Assistant Director or Senior Director.

You will develop educational strategies for in-person, virtual, and self-guided training, manage budgets, and collaborate across departments to ensure program success while upholding university policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant experience.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently implement, administer and evaluate day-to-day activities of the unit.
• Collect and analyze data, create reports, review trends and suggest solutions.
• Analyze and interpret policies; revise procedures for the program.
• Serve as key contact and subject matter expert within the department.
• Organize outreach activities and coordinate communications and training.
• Assist in budget development and monitor expenditures.
• May supervise staff and delegate tasks as needed.
