Responsibilities

Review and audit HSIP and safety initiatives, aligning with federal requirements.
Use cost-benefit analysis to support data-driven decisions in asset plans.
Develop performance and quality reports and communicate findings to owners.
Monitor traffic programs, track projects and costs, and report trends and delays.
Assist in policy development to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align traffic ops with asset goals.
Provide governance, training, and liaison services across teams.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain data accessibility.
