Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local codes, criteria, regulations, and ordinances.
• Basic knowledge of production software.
• Interest in growing and learning in engineering.
• Strong written and spoken communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Compile data and assist with permit and report preparation and material testing.
• Perform elementary design calculations and prepare quantity takeoffs and estimates.
• Create engineering plans and drawings, and prepare visual aids.
• Use engineering software to perform basic design tasks.
