Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years of title processing experience; Licensed Title Agent designation strongly preferred.
• Active Pennsylvania Title Insurance License required.
• Notary Public certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review title searches to verify ownership and identify liens or defects.
• Examine public records (deeds, mortgages, judgments, tax records, easements).
• Coordinate and conduct real estate closings across PA.
• Communicate with agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, and attorneys.
• Prepare and issue title commitments and final title policies.
• Facilitate recording of deeds and mortgages with county offices.
• Manage settlement accounting tasks and wire transfers.
• Ensure compliance with PA laws and underwriting guidelines.
