DTCC in the United States is seeking an Associate in Third Party Risk Oversight & Challenge to support second‑line oversight across the third‑party lifecycle, including due diligence, monitoring, and resilience planning.

Formación

• 4+ years in Third Party Risk Management or related risk disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory expectations and enterprise risk management.
• Experience with risk reporting and governance frameworks.
• Independent oversight and credible challenge capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide independent oversight and credible challenge across due diligence, risk assessment, monitoring, remediation, and compliance.
• Develop independent risk opinions on engagements and escalation needs.
• Perform control assurance reviews and targeted testing across risk processes.
• Review vendor incidents, cybersecurity events, and operational issues with root cause analysis.
• Conduct thematic reviews to identify systemic risks and gaps.
• Review exit strategies and contingency plans for high-risk relationships.
• Prepare risk assessments and reporting for senior management and regulatory bodies.
