Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience with 1D/3D thermal models and co-simulation.
Familiarity with CAE tools for thermal systems integration.
Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of integrated co-simulation packages for thermal systems.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align plant, control strategies, and integration.
Advocate for virtual methods in vehicle design, development, and validation.
Serve as a point of contact for Co-simulation users for thermal systems.
Forecast needs and secure resources; align with software releases and milestones.
Ensure Co-sim packages meet governance standards and be up-to-date.
