Job summary

Sanare Today in Pennsylvania seeks a licensed therapist to provide hybrid coverage across PHP and IOP programs. This role supports primary therapists, delivers in-person and virtual group therapy, and helps ensure continuity of care during absences and transitions.

About the Position

We are currently hiring a licensed therapist to provide clinical coverage support across our PHP and IOP programs. This role is ideal for clinicians who are adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about delivering consistent, high-quality group therapy care in a dynamic treatment environment. This hybrid role serves as a flexible clinical resource across Sanare's programs and locations. Therapists in this position provide both in-person and virtual coverage, helping ensure clients continue receiving consistent, high-quality care during planned absences, transitions, and periods of growth.

What You Will Do

Schedule Structure

This position includes a blend of short-term and long-term coverage opportunities:

• Short-Term Coverage: Monthly opportunities with flexible scheduling. Some weeks may have no groups, while others may require coverage for up to two groups per day.
• Long-Term Coverage: Priority assignments lasting one to three months (or longer) may arise throughout the year to support program continuity.
• Consultation Availability: Therapists covering PHP or IOP groups are expected to maintain three open client consultation slots per week, dependent upon program openings and supervisor direction.

Requirements
