Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have completed program and LGPC status.
• Experience with treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Timely submission of documentation and service records.
• Familiarity with serving a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain minimum caseload of 15 client visits weekly for part-time clinicians.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a team to close care gaps.
• Use creative interventions to achieve client goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other staff.
• Attend clinical meetings and trainings.
