Job summary

ThinkSpot Therapy in Houston, TX is seeking a licensed professional counselor to join our hybrid team, delivering individual, couples, and family therapy via in-office and telehealth. You will maintain documentation in our EHR and collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to quality client care.

Requirements include a Master's in Counseling, an active LPC in Texas, and a commitment to culturally responsive, evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling or related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Current and unrestricted LPC license in Texas.
• Ability to provide culturally responsive, evidence-based mental health services.
• Proficiency with electronic documentation and EHR-based workflows for hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family counseling using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and referrals to community resources as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation within the EHR.
• Deliver services through both in-office and secure telehealth appointments.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in required meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.
• Maintain ethical, legal, and professional standards in accordance with applicable licensing regulations and organizational policies.
