Job summary

ThinkSpot Therapy in Plano, TX seeks a licensed professional counselor associate to provide individual, couples, and family therapy. You will conduct psychosocial assessments, craft treatment plans, deliver services in-office and via telehealth, and maintain compliant EHR documentation.

You'll collaborate with a supportive team, participate in ongoing trainings, and uphold ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Current or in process Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-Associate) license in the State of Texas.
• Ability to provide culturally responsive, evidence-based mental health services.
• Proficiency with electronic documentation and technology used to support hybrid service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family counseling using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and referrals to community resources as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).
• Deliver services through both in-office and secure telehealth appointments.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in required meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.
• Maintain ethical, legal, and professional standards in accordance with applicable licensing regulations and organizational policies.
