SHAZAM Network - ITS, Inc. is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated tests for the company's software applications. You will collaborate with developers, QA, and business analysts to ensure comprehensive test coverage across the SDLC.

Experience with Selenium, Java, and SQL is essential, and ISO 8583/ISO 20022 knowledge is a plus. The role is hybrid, based out of Iowa offices with potential consideration for qualified remote candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, including automated test script development and execution.
• Experience with financial transaction processing systems and payment industry standards, ISO 8583 and ISO 20022 preferred.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks including Selenium and Java.
• Ability to analyze requirements and design effective testing strategies and automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts and frameworks using Selenium, Java, SQL, and other automation technologies.
• Collaborate with development teams, QA analysts, and business analysts to create automation testing solutions across the SDLC.
• Plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor automated testing activities for enterprise releases.
• Manage and maintain test automation environments, tools, and frameworks for reliability.
• Perform load, performance, and functional testing to validate system quality and stability.
• Utilize test management platforms to document results, coverage, and metrics.
• Analyze requirements and create technical designs to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify defects, and work with teams to resolve.
• Develop processes to improve testing effectiveness across platforms.
