Qualifications

• Requires a detail-oriented analyst with experience reading and understanding landlord leases and tenant billings.
• Basic accounting knowledge is required.
• Experience maintaining complex Excel schedules and schedules for CAM, taxes, insurance and other recoveries.

Responsibilities

• Perform year-end reconciliations and tenant billings for CAM, insurance, real estate taxes and direct utilities outside CAM.
• Prepare quarterly billings for CAM with documentation and lease-compliant explanations.
• Complete annual roll forwards of CAP's, fixed and other items in accounting software.
• Calculate and prepare yearly recovery budgets by property for accounting and leasing.
• Calculate and bill tenants for monthly estimates of charges based on budgeted expenses.
