Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in CS, SE, or data science; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 3 years of software engineering or AI/ML experience.
• Familiar with cloud, GitHub, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and maintains code for AI product stack including data pipelines, model integrations, APIs, and application logic.
• Monitors and improves reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability of AI-enabled apps and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoots bugs, system issues, and technical debt; refactors code and legacy systems.
• Independently prototypes, develops, tests, and ships new AI product features based on needs.
• Translates technical discussions and requirements for non-technical leaders and staff.
