Job summary

Experient in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a hybrid role requiring 3–5+ years in enterprise environments. You will partner with stakeholders to document requirements, create specifications, and bridge business and tech teams.

You will own large bodies of work, write SQL queries, work in Azure DevOps, support testing, and help drive continuous improvement across projects. This position is onsite three days a week in the Dunwoody area.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst or similar role in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience in SQL (comfortable writing queries to pull and analyze data)
• Experience working in an Azure or Azure DevOps environment
• Ability to work independently (self-starter) with minimal direction, while having an ownership mindset for assigned work
• Experience taking ownership of large bodies of work (epics, feature sets, project phases) and driving them forward with limited oversight
• Track record of gathering and refining requirements through direct business stakeholder engagement
• Ability to build productive working relationships and effectively communicate with both technical teams and business partners
• Experience providing operational and production support, including triaging and resolving issues
• Strong problem solver who can find answers across people, systems, and documentation

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business stakeholders to analyze and document business and system requirements for enterprise technology initiatives
• Create comprehensive functional and technical documentation including process flows, use cases, user stories, and system specifications
• Serve as a liaison between customers, project teams, and technical resources throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops with diverse stakeholder groups
• Operate in a support-heavy capacity while contributing to longer-term project work
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are properly understood and implemented
• Support testing efforts by developing test scenarios and validating that solutions meet documented requirements
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices and standards
