Job summary

Computer Warriors in Wilmington and Jacksonville, NC seeks a Customer Service & Sales Associate for a hybrid role with an educational approach. You will handle inbound calls, walk‑ins, and follow‑ups, guiding customers through repairs and options.

This is a full‑time, 40‑hour week with a rotating Saturday schedule (9:00–6:00, some Saturdays). Base pay starts at $15/hour plus performance bonuses; typical total earnings are $17–$20/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in customer service, retail, or sales.
• Comfortable communicating by telephone and face-to-face.
• Willingness to follow established processes and accept coaching.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist walk-in customers in choosing the right next step.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and explain options clearly.
• Explain repair, upgrade, protection, and replacement options without jargon.
