Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking top tech talent for the JJT Summer Internship across multiple U.S. locations, including Irvine, CA.

The program runs May 24, 2027 to August 13, 2027 and follows a hybrid model: onsite 3 days a week, remote 2 days. Interns will work across data engineering, AI/ML, decision science, UX design, cloud, cybersecurity, and platform engineering, gaining hands-on experience and mentoring for potential full-time roles through TLDP.

Qualifications

• Permanently authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not required.
• Cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• By start date, undergraduate sophomore or above.
• Master’s students must have earned undergraduate degree on or after May 2028.
• Preferred fields include Information Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related.
• Ability to work full time (40 hours a week) for the term May 24, 2027 through August 13, 2027.
• Passion for a career in technology.

Responsibilities

• Work within specialized groups to build solutions for business partners and drive value.
• Contribute individually and/or as a team member to support a designated technology area.
• Work with key stakeholders to accomplish goals and objectives to support the JJT Technology project/program portfolio.
• Build awareness and experience of key capability skills in support of the JJT Technology Strategy.
• Conduct data and process analysis to support development of key solutions.
