Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or within one year of graduation from an accredited college or university.
• Temple-worthy members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints eligibility for employment.
• Solid business presentation skills, articulating concepts clearly.
• Technology background desired for this internship.
• Excellent communication for interacting with management levels.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• Understanding of marketing concepts is helpful.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, ServiceNow, LucidChart, InfoPath, Photoshop, HTML, Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and information management experience.
• Experience in Windows environment and Excel is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements for technology solutions for global customers.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to align product specs with customer needs.
• Assist in managing metrics and crafting executive reports.
• Elicit customer requirements and feedback.
• Support product launch activities and end-user training.
• Develop reports on product usage and adoption rates.
• Recommend product improvements or retirements when needed.
• Use state-of-the-art tools to develop enterprise solutions.
• Mentor less experienced IT professionals.
