Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or within one year of graduation from an accredited college or university.
• Temple-worthy member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
• Solid business presentation skills (articulates technical concepts clearly visually and verbally).
• Technology background is desired for this internship.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with management levels.
• Project management experience is desired.
• Understanding of marketing concepts (experience/portfolio a plus).
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, ServiceNow, LucidChart, InfoPath, Photoshop, HTML, and Excel.
• Good technical and creative writing skills; strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements for technology solutions for global customers.
• Work with project managers and engineers to ensure product specifications address customer requirements.
• Manage metrics and craft executive reports.
• Elicit customer requirements and assist with marketing campaigns.
• Respond to customer feedback.
• Assist with product launch activities, including product support and end-user training.
• Initiate reports on product adoption rates and monitor support requests for improvements.
• Develop reports on product usage and make recommendations for replacements or improvements.
• Work with state-of-the-art tools to develop enterprise solutions and mentor with experienced IT professionals.
