Job summary

Qualifications

• Availability to attend in-person training at Salt Lake City office with hybrid telework after basic functions are understood.
• Proven experience leading technical operations initiatives translating between delivery teams and agency leadership.
• Experience tracking vendor deliverables, managing billable hours, and enforcing accountability.
• Hands-on experience structuring and administering work management boards (Monday.com, JIRA, Asana).
• Understanding risks in moving legacy file systems and maintaining link integrity during migrations.
• Ability to set firm boundaries with stakeholders and protect team bandwidth.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Management & SLA Enforcement: oversee vendor deliverables and enforce SLAs with partners like Egen, System Automation, and Salesforce maintainers.
• Cross-Functional Workflows & Data Migrations: lead initiatives requiring tech changes, requirements, retention decisions, and storage migrations by DTS.
• Work Management Architecture: act as admin for internal tracking platforms to optimize intake workflows and backlog reconciliation.
• Dashboard & KPI Tracking: manage dashboards from requirements gathering to delivery with data hygiene.
• Stakeholder & Partner Alignment: liaise with DTS, DOPL, DCP to navigate bottlenecks and scope changes.
• Product & Solution Ownership: translate operational pain into user stories and roadmaps; measure adoption post-launch.
