Job summary

T. Rowe Price is seeking a Senior Manager, Technology & Cyber Risk Management in Owings Mills, MD.

This role provides independent oversight of technology, cyber, data, resilience, and AI-related risks, partnering with technology, compliance, legal, and internal audit to ensure risk is identified, assessed, and remediated. The role requires 8+ years in technology risk or related fields, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex issues into executive-ready narratives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, cybersecurity, engineering, risk management, finance, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred for deeper analytics and risk oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line oversight and credible challenge to technology, cyber, cloud, data, third-party technology, and AI risks.
• Lead risk assessments, control reviews, and oversight of major tech and AI initiatives.
• Develop risk reporting, KRIs, dashboards, and committee materials for senior leaders.
• Monitor regulatory developments and threat trends to inform oversight priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consistent risk coverage and remediation.
