Qualifications

• Strong organizational and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review complex federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporate clients.
• Manage day-to-day workflow of engagements, including budgeting, scheduling, and billing coordination.
• Conduct in-depth tax research and draft technical memorandums to support positions.
• Assist clients with tax planning, forecasting, and tax-saving strategies throughout the year.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain proactive communication on project status.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff; uphold quality control across engagements.
