• Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters with middle market to multinational clients.
• Consult on corporate and flow-through taxation, accounting methods, and ASC 740; research tax matters and IRS inquiries.
• Coordinate with specialty tax on state/local, international, credits and incentives matters.
• Manage engagement staffing, billing and profitability targets.
• Develop staff and participate in firm-wide learning and development programs.
