Job summary

EisnerAmper LLP is seeking a Tax Senior Associate to join our Private Client Services team in a hybrid Dallas/Houston environment. You’ll coordinate engagements, prepare multi-state and international returns, and address IRS notices while mentoring junior staff.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of tax experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting, and advanced credentials such as a Master's in Taxation or CPA/EA. ProSystems FX experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
• 4+ years of recent tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience in public accounting or with a mix of public/private experience.
• Experience preparing tax returns for individuals, trusts/estates, and/or entities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and supervise engagements including consulting, compliance, and tax planning services.
• Prepare federal, state, multi-state, and international income tax returns.
• Research and plan according to applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Respond to IRS and state tax notices; communicate with clients as directed by Manager; mentor interns and associates.
