Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Tax Preparer & Bookkeeper in the United States. The role involves preparing federal and state tax returns and maintaining client books in QuickBooks while offering a highly autonomous, client-focused environment with hybrid work options outside peak tax season.

The ideal candidate has experience with tax preparation for individuals and businesses, proficiency in QuickBooks, UltraTax/Drake Tax Software, and Excel, and may hold an Enrolled Agent

Qualifications

• Experience preparing individual and business tax returns.
• Public accounting or tax firm experience preferred.
• Strong QuickBooks experience and reconciliations.

Responsabilités

• Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Maintain client books in QuickBooks with reconciliations and journal entries.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and customer accounts.
• Review and clean up financial records and tax-ready schedules.
