Job summary

Meaden & Moore in Northeast Ohio seeks a Tax Manager to lead client engagements, supervising staff and directing day-to-day progress. The role advances to handling more complex client work and developing relationships with clients. Hybrid work is available across Cleveland, Akron, and Wooster.

The ideal candidate has CPA-eligible credentials, 5–7 years of experience, and strong communication and leadership abilities. Competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

• CPA license preferred but not required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• 5 to 7 years’ related experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Aptitudes in quantitative and qualitative research and analysis.
• Building relationships and leadership ability.
• Project management, business development, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of client engagements.
• Supervise staff and direct day-to-day progress of engagements.
• Develop client relationships as responsibilities grow.
