Qualifications

• 5+ years of federal/state tax compliance, accounting and advisory services in a professional services firm.
• Ability to supervise and coach associates.
• Demonstrated client service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee accounting, bookkeeping and financial statement preparation.
• Review client accounting records and provide analysis and consultations.
• Lead client engagements and improve processes for efficiency and internal controls.
• Manage staffing, billing and profitability targets for engagements.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and networking within the community.
