Ryan LLC is seeking a tax internship candidate to work closely with subject matter experts in a collaborative team, focused on identifying tax savings opportunities for multi-state clients. You will receive training and development to become a seasoned tax professional in state, local, federal, and international areas.

Interns will gain hands-on experience, mentorship from industry leaders, and opportunities across multiple departments.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate or Economics.
• Anticipated graduation within one year of internship.
• Minimum overall and major GPA of 2.8.
• Minimum of 6–12 Accounting hours depending on practice.

Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional client service to multi-state companies by identifying tax savings opportunities.
• Assist multi-state companies with state and local tax controversies, including hearings and protests.
• Research and draft technical memoranda regarding state and local tax questions or issues.
• Respond to client inquiries and requests from tax authorities.
• Review documentation and research issues.
• Work with raw data to complete detailed calculations.
